This will include an extensive health history review, discussing current health status, and creating a bio-individual plan to reach your health goals. Explore the areas of multidimensional health including spiritual, mental, and emotional health in relation to physical wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
This is a six (6) week session that is a one-time, non-refundable class once it starts. It required FULL commitment for the class.
