Monthly Medical Membership​

Our Monthly Medical Membership is designed to give you consistent, personal access to care—without the stress of per-visit fees. This membership supports your ongoing health with proactive, relationship-based medical care.

What Our Membership Includes: 

  • 24/7 access to care from your provider

  • Annual wellness visit

  • Five (5) in-office sick or health consult visits per year

  • Ten (10) phone consultations (up to 10 minutes each)

  • One foot detox per month

       (cannot be used for another person)

  • 10% discount on IV therapy, supplements, and additional services

  • Annual wellness bonus, including:

    • One 30-minute small group training

    • One soft tissue maintenance session

    • One nutrition visit

  • “Ask Cora” provides text access for medical questions or concerns.

$125 per month until 12/31/25.  Starting 1/1/26 pricing will be increasing to $150 per month
