Cora Matteson
Physician Assistant/Owner
About the Founder: Cora Matteson is a Colorado Native with a passion for helping others. She has 15 years of experience as a physician associate and 10 years as a health coach where she has had a blessed career working in the geriatric population. In her journey as a wife, a mother of three wonderful children, and a full time working mom, Cora found that it is through her relationship with Christ that she has found solace in helping people with their health journeys and compelled to keep all bodies healthy as a temple. Live Well is inspired by Cora’s favorite Bible story when Jesus is at the well with a woman who is looking for her daily water, but Jesus is looking deeper and offers her living water: "Jesus answered, 'Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.'" (John 4:13-14) Through her journey in western medicine and the process of learning functional medicine, she looks to provide a space where the two are integrated and we help people to have optimal health.
