Fulfillment:
Fulfillment: A Product that is not in inventory may have extended lead times due to product availability and shipment timing. Products in stock normally ship within two business days, and transit times may vary depending on location.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation and Refunds will not be accepted on orders based on product fulfillment delays. If a product is not in our inventory, it will be ordered typically within two business days. Fulfillment time can vary based on product availability and transit times. Due to factors beyond our control, we cannot accept cancellations once the product has been ordered to fulfill your order.
If an online order is canceled, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Return Policy:
All purchases made through the Online Store are non-returnable. Purchases made in the Live Well Center may be returned within 10 business days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
