Fulfillment: Products not shown in inventory may have extended lead times based on availability and shipment timing. Products in stock normally ship within two business days, and transit may vary depending on location.

Cancellation and Refunds:  Cancellations and Refunds will not be accepted on orders based on product fulfillment delays.  If a product is not shown in our inventory, the product will be ordered typically within two business days. Fulfillment time can vary based on product availability and transit times.  

Due to these factors, which are outside our control, we can not accept cancellations once we have ordered the product to fulfill your order.

 

Return Policy:  All purchases made through the Online Store can not be returned. Purchases made in the Live Well Center may be returned within 10 business days of the purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please return the product to The Live Well Center and present your digital receipt. If you choose to ship the product back, please call The Live Well Center at (720) 815-9303. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchasing party. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
