Cancellation Policy

Red Light Therapy Scheduling Policy – The Live Well Center To help provide timely and effective sessions for all clients, please review our Red Light Therapy scheduling policy: 1. Appointment Scheduling All Red Light Therapy sessions must be scheduled in advance via phone, online booking, or in person. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. 2. Session Duration & Frequency Sessions typically last 10–20 minutes, depending on your personalized plan. Clients may schedule sessions up to 3 times per week, based on provider recommendations. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a $25 no-show/late cancel fee. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure a full session. Clients more than 5 minutes late may have their session shortened or need to reschedule. 5. Payment & Packages Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by a prepaid package or membership. All packages are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise noted. 6. Health & Safety Please disclose any health conditions or photosensitivity concerns before starting treatment. Protective eye gear must be worn during all sessions and will be provided.
