Ready to Get Strong the RIGHT Way? (Guys and Gals 8th–12th Grade) Want to lift more weight, get stronger, and actually know what you're doing in the gym? This class will teach you the techniques athletes use so you can build real strength without getting hurt. If you're already lifting, just starting, or want an edge for your sport — this is for you. What you'll learn: How to lift heavier with proper form Squat, bench, and deadlift technique How to avoid common injuries How to train like an athlete Details: Tuesdays (April 7 – May 5) 6–7 PM Guys and Gals 8th–12th grade $125 for 5 week class Must attend at least 3 of 5 classes

Cancelation Policy No refunds for cancelation Injury Liability and Waiver of Claims Client acknowledges and understands that participation in personal training sessions, group training, exercise programs, and use of gym facilities involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular events, falls, and other serious or permanent injuries, and even death. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with training and fitness activities at The Live Well Center. Client agrees that The Live Well Center, its owners, employees, independent contractors (including personal trainers), and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to Client’s person or property arising from or in connection with Client’s participation in any training session or use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Gym. Client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue The Live Well Center, its trainers, staff, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of or related to Client’s participation in training sessions or use of the facilities. Client represents that they are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in exercise. Client agrees to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program and to immediately inform the trainer of any pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms during a session. This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Colorado law (C.R.S. § 13-21-102) and shall be binding upon Client and Client’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
