Ionizer Foot Detox with Red-Light Laser Policy – The Live Well Center To ensure a safe and beneficial experience for all clients, please review the following policy for our Ionizer Foot Detox with Red-Light Laser treatment: 1. Appointment Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance via phone, online, or at the front desk. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. 2. New Clients New clients are required to complete a brief health history form prior to their first session. All consent forms must be reviewed and signed before treatment can begin. No services will be provided without completed documentation. 3. Session Information Each session lasts approximately 30–40 minutes, including setup and treatment. Sessions include an ionizing foot bath and targeted red-light laser application to the feet and ankles. 4. Eligibility & Safety This treatment is not recommended for individuals who are: Pregnant or breastfeeding Using a pacemaker or other implanted electrical devices Currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation Diagnosed with epilepsy or seizure disorders Please inform staff of any medical conditions, recent procedures, or changes in health status before each session. 5. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a $25 fee. 6. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling. Applicable fees may still apply. 7. Payment & Packages Payment is due at the time of service unless using a prepaid package or membership. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. 8. Post-Treatment Care Drink plenty of water after your session to support detoxification. Mild fatigue or light-headedness may occur and is typically short-lived.
