Class is starting September 8th from 12:30 - 1:00 PM. Sign up for 8 weeks of some of your best lunch breaks you can have! Take 30 minutes of your lunchtime three times a week and join a few others to work out and strengthen your body and spirit!

Cancellation Policy

Lunch Bunch Class Policy – The Live Well Center To maintain a safe, respectful, and effective environment for all members and trainers, please review the following policies regarding gym classes and personal training: 1. Scheduling & Registration Gym Classes must be booked in advance via our app, website, or front desk. Walk-ins are allowed only if space permits. Personal Training sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled directly with a trainer or through our booking system. A valid credit card is required to reserve personal training sessions. All rescheduling of a missed session (when allowed) must be done via phone call to our office. 2. Cancellation Policy Gym Class Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a late cancel/no-show penalty. Personal Training Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice will be charged in full. There will be no rescheduling of missed sessions for the Lunch Bunch Class. If you miss a session, you forfeit that session. 3. Late Arrivals For classes, late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be allowed to join, for safety and the flow of the session. For personal training, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session, billed at the full rate. 4. Payment & Packages Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by a prepaid package or membership. • Lunch Bunch 3 session pack is valid for one month from the first session attended. • Lunch Bunch 8-Week (24 sessions) is valid for 8 weeks from the first session attended. There are no missed session refunds. If you miss a session, you lose that session. 5. Health & Safety Please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program. Inform your instructor or trainer of any injuries, limitations, or health concerns prior to class or training. Proper athletic footwear and attire are required. 6. Facility Conduct Be respectful of other clients and staff. Clean equipment after use and return it to its proper location. Cell phone use is discouraged during classes and sessions unless for emergencies.
