Cancellation Policy

Gym Class & Personal Training Policy – The Live Well Center To maintain a safe, respectful, and effective environment for all members and trainers, please review the following policies regarding gym classes and personal training: 1. Scheduling & Registration Gym Classes must be booked in advance via our app, website, or front desk. Walk-ins are allowed only if space permits. Personal Training sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled directly with a trainer or through our booking system. A valid credit card is required to reserve personal training sessions. 2. Cancellation Policy Gym Class Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a late cancel/no-show penalty. Personal Training Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice will be charged in full. 3. Late Arrivals For classes, late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be allowed to join, for safety and flow of the session. For personal training, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session, billed at the full rate. 4. Payment & Packages Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by a prepaid package or membership. Class packs and personal training packages are non-refundable and expire 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. 5. Health & Safety Please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program. Inform your instructor or trainer of any injuries, limitations, or health concerns prior to class or training. Proper athletic footwear and attire are required. 6. Facility Conduct Be respectful of other clients and staff. Clean equipment after use and return it to its proper location. Cell phone use is discouraged during classes and sessions unless for emergencies.
