Service Description

Beginning November 8th, Pray and Slay will be moving from 7AM start to 8AM start. 30-Minute Sweat & Strength: A full-body boot camp-style workout (scalable for all fitness levels). Pray & Slay Bootcamp is a unique 60-minute experience designed to strengthen both spirit and body. We start with 30 minutes of prayer, devotion, and mindset renewal, followed by 30 minutes of energizing functional fitness training. It’s not just a workout — it’s a community of faith-driven warriors, building confidence, resilience, and health together.

Cancellation Policy

Jen Policies At The Live Well Center Gym, For Pray and Slay & Personal Training To ensure a safe, respectful, and effective experience for all members and trainers, please take a moment to review the following policies for gym classes and personal training: 1. Scheduling & Registration All training sessions (Personal, Semi-Private & Group) must be reserved in advance through Jen Lenzen or our website, Walk-ins are welcome only if space is available. A valid credit card is required to hold all training appointments. 2. Cancellation Policy All training session Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate. In emergency situations, the late or no-show fee will be reviewed and considered by Jen To cancel a membership or package, written notice must be sent to [colivewell@gmail.com] or by calling [720-815-9303] at least two weeks prior to your next billing date (e.g., by July 17 for an August 1 renewal). Late notices will apply to the next billing cycle, and refunds will not be issued. 3. Late Arrivals For classes, members arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join, to ensure safety and minimize disruptions. For personal training, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session, which will still be charged at the full rate. 4. Payment & Packages Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by a prepaid package or membership. Class packs and training packages are non-refundable and expire 6 months from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified. Pray and Slay is valid for 3 months only. The Lunch Bunch does not allow rescheduling — missed sessions are forfeited. 5. Health & Safety Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness regimen. Notify your instructor or trainer of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before starting a session. Proper athletic footwear and workout attire are required at all times. 6. Facility Conduct Respect fellow members and staff at all times. Clean equipment after use and return it to its designated area. Cell phone use is discouraged during sessions unless in case of an emergency.
